Description
April Mist Landscape is a watercolor of three trees on a foggy, misty day. The background is a soft blue with hints of gray. The trees are swaying in a gentle breeze. It reminds me of the Steeleye Span song: One Misty Moisty Morning. When this piece was completed, I was not happy with the result. So, I washed it off by running cold water over it. The result was the soft background which, in turn, inspired the trees gently moving in the spring breeze. Can you feel the mist? Can you feel and hear the gentle breeze?

Gray clouds spell gloomy
Unless you see their softness
And a muted world
